The "Experience Beach Luxury" group values promotion providesthe choice of up to three perks for groups from 50-100 room nights; and up to five perks for groups of 101-200 room nights.
Perk choices include:
- One complimentary standard guest room, per 40 actualized
- One upgrade to a one-bedroom suite for program peak nights
- Two upgrades to Gulf of Mexico view rooms at the group rate for program dates
- Two staff rooms at 50% off group rate for program dates
- One complimentary VIP round-trip airport transfer

- 20% attrition
- 10% discount on current banquet food & beverage
- Group rate available three days pre and post (based upon group room and rate availability).
Groups of 201+ rooms can choose an additional two perks from the following list:
- A complimentary one-hour reception
- 5% credit to the master account on sleeping rooms
- Two VIP complimentary round-trip airport transfers
- Four staff rooms at 50% off group rate for program dates
- One complimentary suite for VIP over program peak nights
- 15% discount on current banquet food and beverage
- 15% discount off AVI audio/visual services (minimum applies, excludes labor)
- 25% attrition (Cannot be used in conjunction with 20% above)
- Two complimentary coffee breaks.
In addition to those perks, the resort always provides to its groups and guests no resort fees, free parking, and free fitness center admission.
The promotion is based on availability, and blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Group rates are limited and subject to rate and date availability. A food & beverage minimum and attrition clause is required in the agreement. Complimentary guest room Internet is restricted to attendees who book inside the group block. Complimentary Wi-Fi in general session room will be the group's largest meeting function room or speaker room, and additional fees may apply for expanded wireless coverage. Audio/visual discount is valid with a minimum of $300 per program. Spa, golf and tennis discounts are available to individual or group programs and based upon availability at time of booking. No further value will be extended for non-available times. One-hour complimentary reception includes one hour of house brand cocktails or house brand beer/wine and a combination of hot and cold "hotel's choice" hors d'oeuvres to be calculated based on actualized peak room block at time of reservation cut-off date, times three pieces. The complimentary coffee break will be calculated based on actualized peak room block at the time of reservation cut-off. The group may elect to upgrade or add selections and/or extend the reception or coffee break for additional charge. The 5% credit is for sleeping rooms only, and will be posted to the master account. Each qualified promotional perk must be selected at the time of contracting or specified in writing at least 30 days prior to the group's arrival.
