44th Annual Hampton Jazz Festival Line-up Announced


Each Evening to Sizzle With Classic Performances by R&B, Pop, and Soul Legends


This June 24-26, 2011 the 44th annual Hampton Jazz Festival returns to the Hampton Coliseum for yet another soulful weekend of unforgettable entertainment. This highly anticipated event will feature the top jazz, pop, R&B, and blues performers in the nation. This year’s line-up includes:

Friday, June 24 at 7:30 p.m.: Anthony Hamilton; Chaka Khan; Boyz II Men; Boney James
Saturday, June 25 at 7:00 p.m.: Charlie Wilson; KEM; Chrisette Michele; Soul of Summer featuring Jonathan Butler, Eric Darius, and Maysa
Sunday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m.: Maze featuring Frankie Beverly; Stephanie Mills; David Sanborn, George Duke, and Marcus Miller; Laura Izibor



Ticket prices are $55.50 for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All are subject to applicable service charge and handling fees. Tickets for all three performances are on sale at the Hampton Coliseum and are also available for purchase at all VA, MD, and DC Ticketmaster outlets and at www.ticketmaster.com/hamptonjazzfestival. Group orders of 45 tickets or more receive special ticket prices of $50.50 (per performance) for Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances plus $3.00 facility fee and $5.00 handling fee on overall order. Group ticket sales are only available through the Hampton Coliseum Box Office (in person), or by fax or mail. In addition, an order form can be obtained online at www.hamptoncoliseum.org. Orders will not be taken by phone.
