Resort to offer Complimentary Airfare and Cultural Activities for Meeting Planners in 2011 The Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa, located on the Santa Ana Pueblo between Santa Fe and Albuquerque in New Mexico, is offering a special meeting and planning package to celebrate the resort’s 10 year anniversary in 2011. The resort’s “Discover Meeting Experience” package includes round trip airfare for meeting planners to the property to experience the resort, take part in the cultural activities included in the package, and view the resort’s multiple meeting facilities. “To celebrate the Hyatt Regency Tamaya’s much anticipated 10 year anniversary, we want to extend a great package deal to meeting planners who are new to the resort and plan to book an event in 2011. The resort also offers outdoor meeting accommodations in its House of the Hummingbird Garden and The Cottonwood Pavilion, an event area along the Rio Grande. In addition, the resort recently launched the “Meet and Be Green” program to encourage meeting planners to make “Green” choices for their meetings by recycling during the meeting, printing materials locally, minimizing use of disposable products, and more. The “Discover Meeting Experience” is available on all new meetings at the resort booked through August 31, 2011 and held before January 16, 2012.
