Planners can book a new group that includes 50 or more paid rooms per night and choose one to three incentives after achieving the following paid group room nights:

• 50 – 99 rooms earns one incentive
• 100 – 149 rooms earns two incentives
• 150 + rooms earns three incentives

Based on achieved room nights, planners can select among the following incentives:

• One complimentary room per 35 per paid group room nights
• 25% allowable attrition
• Double Hilton HHonors Base points for the event planner
• One complimentary suite over and above for duration of the room block
• 2% rebate on room revenue
• One complimentary internet connection at the group office or registration desk

The Doubletree Book & Save offer applies to groups that actualize 50 rooms or greater on peak night. The offer will be specified in an agreement at time of booking and will apply only to new business, not currently confirmed at the Doubletree Chicago. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is available to third parties. The offer will be determined and accepted at the sole discretion of the hotel. Incentive choices must be included in writing in the contract at the signing of the business.
