CHOOSE CHICAGO ANNOUNCES SEVERAL INTERNAL ADVANCEMENTS TO ACCELERATE GROWTH AND GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS

Dustin Arnheim Named Chief Sales Officer, Leading A Series Of Strategic Promotions Across The Organization

Choose Chicago announces a series of strategic staff promotions across its sales, marketing, communications, human resources, and Chicago Sports Commission teams—strengthening the organization’s leadership bench and reinforcing its commitment to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

The announcements are headlined by the promotion of Dustin Arnheim to Chief Sales Officer.

A respected leader within the meetings and conventions industry, Arnheim has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Services since July 2022. During his tenure, his team has exceeded sales goals, attracted top-tier talent, and sustained a high-performing, collaborative culture. As Chief Sales Officer, Arnheim will lead Choose Chicago’s global sales strategy—driving meetings and convention demand, advancing client engagement, and serving as a key ambassador for Chicago across major industry and stakeholder platforms.

In addition to Arnheim’s promotion, Choose Chicago announced another senior leadership advancement with the promotion of Radhika Agarwal to Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Agarwal will continue to evolve HR into a more strategic function—modernizing performance management, strengthening employee development pathways, and supporting organizational growth.

Choose Chicago also announced several additional staff advancements:

  • Joanie Faletto has been promoted to Senior Manager of Social Media.
  • Brenna Gannon has been promoted to Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist, Chicago Sports Commission.
  • Stephen Crano has been promoted to Senior Manager of Corporate Communications.
