has enhanced its strategy to become a national model for inclusive tourism
through the expansion of its Inclusive Hospitality initiative. This expansion includes the newly established Visit Cincy Foundation for Hospitality Excellence, supplier diversity programs, community development outreach, workforce development, and more.
To support these efforts, the organization announced two key leadership promotions and a strengthened commitment to regional experiences that reflect Cincinnati’s diversity.

Myra Epps
has been promoted to Associate Director of the Visit Cincy Foundation for Hospitality Excellence, where she will lead strategic partnerships and program development.
Ryah Harrison
will serve as Program Manager and will oversee the Dan Lincoln Institute of Hospitality Leadership, now a signature initiative of the Foundation focused on workforce training and education.
“Inclusive Hospitality is more than a value, it is a strategy to grow our region’s economy while ensuring every visitor, resident, and partner feels a sense of belonging,” said Julie Calvert, President and CEO of Visit Cincy. “The Visit Cincy Foundation plays a critical role in building a more welcoming and representative visitor experience across the region.”
Visit Cincy is leveraging Inclusive Hospitality to evolve and reinvent “Vibe,” its cultural events platform. Strategic sponsorships will support community development projects and events that bring economic impact to Hamilton County by driving hotel stays, promoting cultural exchange, and sparking regional collaboration.
