The Opus, Westchester has announced the appointment of Joycie Lewis as the new Director of The Opus Spa . In her new role, Lewis will oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury wellness experience including spa programming development and ideation, staff supervision, inventory management, and upholding and overseeing operations and service protocols. Lewis has more than 18 years as a spa business owner, in addition to more than 12 years spent working with luxury brands such as St. Regis Hotels and Greenhouse Spas. Prior to joining The Opus Spa team, she was Director of Agora Spa Operations at the Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa for over a decade turned owner, adding to her comprehensive knowledge of both the luxury hotel and spa industries.
