WHAT’S NEW IN ST. LOUIS

Artists, makers, entrepreneurs, developers and accelerators are igniting and reinventing the urban footprint that once served as the Gateway to the West. Fanning out from the stunning curves of the iconic Gateway Arch along the banks of the Mississippi River, the St. Louis region is currently undergoing a reimagining of epic proportion. Old is the brand new.

Gateway Arch National Park

More than $8 billion of investment is currently pulsating throughout the downtown and midtown areas from the ground skyward, transforming and adding a new dimension to our eat, work and play space. Recent developments include the $380 million renovation of the Gateway Arch National Park, the opening of the 200-foot Wheel and 250,000-gallon St. Louis Aquarium at historic Union Station and the second phase of the Ballpark Village development just steps from Busch Stadium, which also includes a Live! By Loews Hotel.
