The Tampa Convention Center has added 18 new meeting rooms overlooking the Hillsborough River and fully renovated its breakout rooms and ballrooms. In total, the expansions span 16,000 square feet and two stories with a terrace and outdoor space.

After a day of meeting, guests can enjoy an evening filled with fresh-air fun. The Tampa Riverwalk makes much of it easy to access along one stunning pedestrian pathway. It connects the Tampa Convention Center to 2.6 miles of innovative outdoor dining options to fit any appetite, scenic parks and other attractions.
Tampa International Airport soars to second place in J.D. Power rankings.
After being a mainstay as one of the top five airports in J.D. Power's rankings, TPA is now ranked second in J.D. Power's 2020 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. The study evaluated TPA's performance in a number of important areas:
· Terminal facilities
· Airport arrival and departure
· Baggage claim
· Security check
· Check-in and baggage check
· Food, beverage and retail
In addition to earning this prestigious new ranking, TPA just added 50 new places to eat and shop, an upgraded car rental hub and a larger central terminal.

The airport is also introducing a wide-ranging new program called TPA Ready. Designed to help combat the spread of COVID-19, TPA Ready helps safeguard travelers nearly everywhere they walk, sit, dine and more during their time at the award-winning airport.
Program highlights include plastic barriers to separate employees and travelers in select areas, such as service counters; social-distancing-conscious seating arrangements; detailed cleanings; reminder signage; and mandatory face coverings for every TPA associate.

Introducing a convenient way to offset unanticipated hybrid technology expenses. The Hybrid Meeting Grant - with a maximum of $15,000 per event - helps keep attendees connected and minimize hybrid technology costs.
To help promote your meeting, Visit Tampa Bay and event organizers will develop a customized sponsorship marketing package that includes mutually agreed upon items. A few options include a custom landing page on VisitTampaBay.com, exclusive partner offers, sponsorship items and additional perks.
Grants will be awarded based on estimated economic impact, anticipated attendance figures and other factors.
