BRANDON BENSON A STANDOUT PERFORMER AT MEMPHIS TOURISM


Brandon Benson has spent the last 15 years working in hospitality with a focus on the meetings and convention segment. Brandon is currently the Director of National Accounts for Memphis Tourism, responsible for showcasing Memphis as a meeting destination that provides a great experience for an exceptional value, offering a much lower cost per attendee rate than other destinations. Previously, Brandon served as a National Sales Manager for The Peabody Hotel Memphis, a Forbes Four Star property, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic, Religious and Fraternity markets.

Brandon obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Tennessee State University. Benson is very active in the community. He's a member of Meetings Professional International, Professional Convention Management Association, American Society of  Association Executives, National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals, CANVAS Meetings Advisory Board,    Past President of Oakhaven Boys and Girls Club, Arthritis Foundation, 40 under 40 for Urban Professionals and Collinson Media Top 40 under 40 (Atlanta Based Company).
