Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR, "Caesars Entertainment" or "Caesars"), the world's most geographically diversified casino-entertainment company, announces a new diversity role within the meetings team. The goal of this new role is to further the long-term interests of the Caesars Entertainment's meeting and sales organization and to drive incremental revenue growth within diverse market.

Anthony McCrary Sr., Strategic Account Director, brings over two decades of diversity experience and community relations to the new role. Representing all of the Caesars Entertainment portfolio of hotels across the U.S., his overall responsibility is to serve as the central point of contact in collaboration with the Chief Sustainability Officer, and Social Impact and Inclusion Vice President. McCrary will also build effective partnerships with internal and external support teams to support Caesars' sustainability and inclusion efforts, and much more.

"The goal of launching this new role is to align with the strong corporate social responsibility values of Caesars Entertainment," said Chief Sales Officer Michael Massari. "By adding this position, we will provide a single point of contact for all meeting and event needs, working in collaboration with our Chief Sustainability Officer Gwen Migita."

Most recently, McCrary joins Caesars from Staples Inc., where he was the Strategic Account Leader, responsible for managing the sales growth of the Pacific Northwest region and integrating the brand's core product offerings.

McCrary is involved with many local community organizations and currently serves as an advisory board member for the Jesse Bethel Law Academy, a program designed to expose at-risk high school students to the legal profession in California.

McCrary most recently completed a two-year commitment as the commissioner of the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission (JJDPC), which focuses on reducing the recidivism rate of juvenile offenders in Solano County, CA. In addition, he served as the 2013 chairman for a mentorship program through his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.

McCrary holds a B.S. from Sonoma State University, as well as a MBA from the University of Phoenix and lives in Vallejo, CA with his wife and five children.

'With the launch of this role, Caesars Entertainment continues to build upon its core diversity initiatives," said Massari. "Caesars Entertainment works with more than 70,000 team members at over 40 domestic and international resorts, to set the strategic and direction for our company's corporate social responsibility program."
