2015 CONFERENCE SPEAKERS:
We are pleased that some of our old friends will be joining us, none other than Solomon Herbert, publisher/editor in chief and Gloria Herbert, associated publisher/editor in chief of Black Meeting and Tourism magazine (BM&T) as facilitators/speakers at this years conference. Black Meeting & Tourism magazine is the authority on African-American Conventions, Incentives & Leisure Travel. The magazine was established in 1994 and has been serving and supporting the African-American travel segment since its inception. We are proud to have them as one of our partners.

CONFERENCE REMINDER:Our conference is less than eighty days away; you still have time to register. Also remember you must register for your hotel accommodations on or before April 30th.

PRE CONFERENCE TOUR:The pre conference tour will convene on Wednesday, May 13th, 2015. This exciting cultural and heritage tour is sponsored by the Atlanta Convention Visitors and Bureau. The bus will depart the hotel promptly at 1:00 p.m. returning at 6:00 p.m.

THE 4TH FRIENDS AND FAMILY HERITAGE TOUR:As a reminder, this will be an exciting time for you to invite family and friends to join you in Atlanta, May 14 - 17, 2015. Clients' flights on the 17th should be scheduled to depart in the afternoon. If you have misplaced the details for this event, you can view it on our website. TPOC POST FAM:As mentioned in the last news brief, we will be offering 2 post fams. You will have the opportunity to visit Montgomery or Birmingham, Alabama. The detailed itinerary and reservation form attached. Do not procrastinate; space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible.
