Disney Shuffles PR Team

In January, 15-year Disney veteran Mark Sadowski assumed the role of Public Relations Director for the global Disney Meetings business, Disney Institute and Golden Oak PR, replacing Terri Brinkoetter, who took on new responsibilities as PR Director for Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney. Sadowski previously oversaw PR for the Adventures by Disney and Disney Vacation Club businesses, as well as travel trade-focused PR support for Disneyland Paris. He will retain the Disneyland Paris work.

Continuing in her role as the PR Manager for Disney destinations across North America, Jessica Baker remains the primary media contact. New professional intern Hailey Fitch has also come on board to round out the team.

Explains Brinkoetter, "While excited about my new responsibilities, I will miss being part of the world of meetings and events. Like so many others, I 'fell into' this industry by accident - one of the best accidents ever. There have been too many incredible experiences to remember and even more people whom I will never forget. Roles and responsibilities may change, but the friendships endure."

Adds Brinkoetter, "Now it's Mark's turn to discover what all the fuss is about when it comes to this industry and the people who make it what it is. He and Jess will make a great team and stand ready to provide any assistance you need from Disney.
