NCBMP Leadership Extends Invitation To 2013 Conference In Philadelphia

You are cordially invited to join us December 4-8, 2013 in Philadelphia, PA for the National Coalition of Black Meeting Planners' Annual Conference.  The conference will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center and our host hotel is the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.

The Conference Committee has designed a program to meet the educational needs of all attendees no matter the level of experience. An array of experienced industry professionals have been selected to present workshops and sessions designed to stimulate discussions on important trends in the industry.  The conference is a focal point for sharing the latest sales and meeting techniques, communicating new meeting planning ideas and professional networking opportunities. Attendees will receive education that they can put to use immediately.  There are unique opportunities for exchanging ideas and networking in a relaxing, informal environment.

The NCBMP Business Exchange MarketPlace includes exciting changes and enhancements that will provide the maximum return on investment of time and money for meeting professionals and suppliers.  To get the optimum benefits from attending the Business Exchange MarketPlace, we encourage our meeting professionals to come prepared to make a deal. Bring your most recent "Request for Proposals" and take advantage of the opportunity to book your meetings with a select group of suppliers who will make every effort to meet your needs and those of your individual organizations.   In keeping with our motto "We Do Business With Our Friends", we will focus on building relationships between meeting executives and suppliers as we explore the dynamics of exhibit marketing and getting a return on investments. Therefore, all suppliers registering for this conference must exhibit. We regret that we will not be able to accommodate non-exhibiting suppliers.

The NCBMP Annual Conference will be a time to awaken and reawaken the human spirit...be part of an exceptional community, gain insights from experts in the field, and enjoy friendships. We look forward to seeing you in Philadelphia.

Sincerely,

Ana Aponte Curtis       Beverly A. Bryant
