Meet Minneapolis Announces First Quarter Hospitality Hero Award
Nicolle Toth, IDS Center and Crystal Court events concierge, is awarded the first quarter Hospitality Hero award from Meet Minneapolis, Convention and Visitors Association. The award honors an individual or company who has contributed significantly to the public image of Minneapolis through outstanding hospitality and service.

Toth was nominated by Jim Durda, vice president and CEO of the IDS Center, who has been continuously impressed with Toth’s multiple involvements and dedication to her work. She has worked in the hospitality industry, as a concierge specifically, for over 15 years. During this time she has expressed a genuine passion for the vibrant city of Minneapolis and shares this enthusiasm with everyone she meets.

“Nicolle creates one-of-a-kind experiences that showcase Minneapolis to her tenants and visitors,” says Durda. “She plans events that bring people into the core of the city and is happy to spend time making sure each group and individual has a memory-making adventure.”

Toth is a Downtown Minneapolis resident who has served in a variety of hospitality positions around the city. Over the past eight years she has been an active member of the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District (DID) Communications Committee in addition to acting as president for the Minnesota Chapter of the National Concierge Association (NCA). In 2011 and 2012 Toth received the Volunteer of the Year Award on both the local and national level, in addition to the Outstanding Service Award nationally through the NCA.
