The
Omni Nashville Hotel is pleased to announce it surpassed its 250,000th definite room night booked, comprised of more than 190 meetings and conventions contracted through 2024. The
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics 2015 Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo™, which will be in Nashville in October 2015, was the booking that solidified the 250,000th room night.
The quarter-of-a-million milestone was achieved approximately four months ahead of schedule, and was among one the quickest reached by an opening Omni property. This milestone also reinforces that there is strong local, regional and national interest from meeting and event planners in the Music City.
The Omni Nashville Hotel, an authentic expression of Nashville’s vibrant music culture, is adjacent to the new Music City Center, where guests will have access to an additional 1.2 million sq. ft. of meeting & exhibit space; and will fully integrate with an expansion of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum® on three levels. The hotel has over 80,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and more than 49,000 sq. ft. of pre-function space. Each ballroom is divisible into multiple sections and there are 21 additional breakout rooms.
The Broadway Ballroom is the larger of the two ballrooms and encompasses more than 25,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and accommodates as many as 2,300 guests. The
Legends Ballroom has 15,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space and can easily accommodate 1,400 people at any given time. The remaining meeting rooms are the
Music Row Meeting Rooms, Cumberland Meeting Rooms, Mockingbird Meeting Rooms, Old Hickory, Acoustic, Electric, and
Bass.
As the property is currently putting the finishing touches on guest rooms, public space and food and beverage outlets, the luxury Nashville hotel has opened up its central reservations system for leisure and transient guests, and they can book rooms for stays as early as Oct. 1, 2013. Leisure and transient guests may make reservations as far out as Sept. 30, 2014.
