The front desk staff utilizes iPads to give guests more information regarding their room and others available upon check-in, and the Renaissance Brand has recently implemented a mobile Navigator application, allowing guests to explore the neighborhood around their select hotel from their smart phone. When it comes to large meetings and conventions, water is offered in coolers as opposed to individual plastic bottles to cut down on cost and waste. After a long and stressful day, guests can take a relaxing swim in the non-chlorinated mineral pool, one of the only ones in Illinois. In addition to containing exponentially less chemicals than a standard swimming pool, mineral water works wonders to soothe sore muscles and arthritis pains.
