Available across Vail Resorts hospitality portfolio in more than 15 different locations ranging from the mountains of Keystone, Colorado to the beaches of Jamaica, green meetings are seamlessly arranged integrating diverse easy to implement features including:
  • Solutions for paperless meetings
  • Reusable décor
  • Organic, locally-sourced menu items from the Appetite for Life program
  • Proper meal portions to limit food waste
  • Water on the Rocks, a refillable water bottle program available at
  • RockResorts’ properties
  • Organic and natural spa treatments available during breakout sessions
Beyond the basics, meeting and event planners can earn up to five percent off meeting expenses by participating in the Echo-Meetings Incentive Program and adding additional environmental and sustainability features to their meeting. The program is tiered to offer flexible options and greater rebates. Options include:
  • Offsetting travel for 20 percent of attendees by using a carbon calculator
  • Coordinating 50 percent of meeting attendees share shuttle transportation
  • Eliminating plastic water bottles
  • Running a paperless meeting
  • Donating to a designated non-profit in a sum equal or greater than four
  • Percent of the master account.
  • Partnering with a local non-profit on a volunteer project
