The Mirage To Celebrate National Hamburger Month With Elevated American Classics
Hamburgers are a comfort food treasured by chefs, home cooks and food connoisseurs around the world. Serving more than 40 billion beef patties annually in the United States alone, it's no wonder there is an entire month dedicated to honoring this hearty classic. To celebrate accordingly, restaurants at The Mirage Hotel & Casino have created a variety of premium hamburgers available during the month of May.


National Hamburger Month specials at The Mirage include:

Portofino

  • The Juicy Goosey, stuffed ground duck filled with creamy Muenster cheese, watercress, heirloom tomatoes, roasted garlic mayo and bacon onion jam; $30.

Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak

  • Heritage Burger, a juicy 10-ounce beef patty topped with tender, roasted foie gras and Tillamook cheddar cheese and served with seasoned truffle fries; $38.

Pantry

  • The BBQ Burger, an eight-ounce BBQ-spiced patty topped with double bacon, rich cheddar cheese, a fried egg and crispy onions; $30.

STACK Restaurant & Bar

  • STACK, a twist on the classic burger and fries made with a premium, 10-ounce Kobe beef patty; $34.

BLT Burger

  • I-80, an Angus patty topped with sharp cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, peppercorn-crusted bacon, smoky, sweet BBQ sauce and served with a pickle on the side; $15.

Japonais

  • Pork Sliders, plated fresh from the Robata grill and topped with tangy Japanese BBQ sauce and Asian slaw; $4 each.

Paradise Café

  • Volcano Burger, a tender beef patty complimented with smoked linguica sausage, fried egg, jalapeño chilies and fiery Sriracha mayo; $18.

Carnegie Deli

  • Turducken Sliders, flavorful patties created from delicately combined chicken, duck and turkey and served between two miniature waffles; $19.50.
