At breakfast, try Peekytoe Crab Hash with Yukon Gold Potatoes, Sweet Onion and Old Bay Hollandaise. At lunch and dinner, offerings such as a juicy 22-Ounce Bone-In Ribeye, Angus Burger Sliders with New York State Cheddar, Middle Eastern Grilled Naan Pizza and Pastrami-Style Salmon Flatbread reflect both local and global influences. A signature selection of creative new cocktails and classics such as the Harvey Wallbanger and Sidecar are served from a bar of sleek white marble. A significant investment in technology permits customizable projections on a 22-foot wall in the bar ranging from striking images synchronized with music to sports and news programs.
