Introducing Lifestyle Cuisine Plus Menus


Taking part in a corporate-wide campaign, the Fairmont Newport Beach introduces Lifestyle Cuisine Plus menus; nutritious offerings designed around select dietary needs such as vegan, raw and macrobiotic, as well as diet-dependant requirements such as heart disease, diabetes and gluten free. As the growing trend gears more towards a healthier lifestyle and quality of life, Fairmont created dishes that speak the language of both taste and health.

A typical Fairmont Lifestyle Cuisine Plus menu at the Fairmont Newport Beach includes a selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts. A few selections of the Lifestyle Cuisine Plus menu includes Corn Meal Crusted Tilapia - Brown Rice, Steamed Vegetables, Veracruz Sauce (Heart Healthy), Steamed Pacific Halibut - Vegetable Pearls, Quinoa, Charred Green Lemon Vinaigrette (Diabetic), Chipotle Five Bean Chili- Agave Corn Bread (Vegan), Zucchini “Linguini” - Forest Mushrooms, Basil, Pine Nuts, & Marinara Sauce (Raw), Broiled Lemon Garlic Shrimp- Wakame, Quinoa, Pickled Radish Salad, Miso Soup (Macrobiotic) and Citrus Grilled Chicken - Marmalade Glaze, Steamed Brown Rice, Vegetable Medley (Gluten Free). Guests with specific food allergies and sensitivities are invited to have a direct conversation with the chef in order to plan their food options during their stay.



To promote optimal health and wellness in the community, the Fairmont Newport Beach is collaborating with local Hoag Presbyterian Hospital and their “Heart Healthy Month” campaign. The focus is to raise community awareness on making heart-healthy choices while dining out.
