International African Diaspora Heritage Trail Conference 2010
On behalf of the Government of Bermuda, I am pleased to invite you to attend the sixth International African Diaspora Heritage Trail Conference 2010 scheduled to be held in Bermuda at the Grotto Bay Beach Resort on October 15-17, 2010.

This year’s theme, Evolution Of The Trail “History, Culture, Global Communities and Economic Empowerment” within the Diaspora, will address pertinent issues and resolutions towards international advancement of the African Diaspora Heritage Trail. This is vital in achieving the ultimate goal of preserving the rich essence of African lineage, culture, legacy and economic empowerment of Diaspora communities.

Countries and organizations interested in hosting future International African Diaspora Heritage Trail Conferences will find this year’s program exceptionally exciting. Delegates can interact with our renowned presenters and international panelists. It will also be an opportunity for them to solicit advice from esteemed experts and Tourism Ministers of countries that know the benefits of hosting the ADHT Conference. Examples include the Bahamas, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Morocco and Bermuda.
We also anticipate representation from partnering organizations including UNESCO, the Caribbean Tourism Organization, Africa Travel Association, International Institute of Peace through Tourism and African Union in Bermuda.

Sincerely,
Dr. the Hon. Ewart F. Brown, JP, MP
Premier of Bermuda, Minister of Tourism & Transport, Chairman, African Diaspora Heritage Trail Foundation
