'Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders' 2nd Annual W.I.T.H. Awards Luncheon

The 2nd Annual Women in Tourism & Hospitality Awards Luncheon will take place on Thursday, March 16 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Wyndham San Diego Bayside.

The luncheon highlights will include an inspiring educational panel discussion from the esteemed, influential female honorees, who will share what motivates, inspires and drives them to greatness in their various career professions. The anticipated audience of 400 guests are comprised of C-level industry executives, hospitality professionals, trailblazing entrepreneurs and industry rising stars.

Guests will enjoy a delicious lunch, entertainment and exclusive swag bags.

Last year's program sold out and organizers expect nothing less for this year's Women History Month program.



The W.I.T.H. Luncheon is presented by the Multi-Cultural Convention Services Network, headed by founder and CEO Clara Carter.  MCCSN's W.I.T.H. goal is to raise public awareness of the importance of women’s contributions to San Diego’s economic and cultural landscape, to promote the professional advancement of women in tourism and hospitality and to inspire young professionals.

Making a difference in the lives of youth - our leaders of tomorrow.  MCCSN’s 501c3 partner, Mt. Miguel High School Matador Business Academy (MBA), is a four-year program and Career Technical Education pathway creating college and career ready students in the underserved communities of Spring Valley and Lemon Grove.  A portion of proceeds from event will benefit the Academy.
