Submission On Disc for Offset Reproductions:
Advertisers to supply electronic media disc formatted in Quark Express for Macintosh 4.0.3. Each disc must contain: a directory of what is on the computer disc submitted for output; instructions on opening the disc; your postscript fonts; both screen and print; all placed or linked graphics and images; match print or proof of ad; output resolution must be 300 or more DPI.
Film Submission:
While we prefer submission on disc, we will accept film submission as well. Advertisers must supply negatives (right reading, emulsion down, .004 film thickness) scotch print or britetype. All four color copy should be accompanied by progressive proofs, with color bars, 4/c wet press proofing, provided head to foot.
Commission & Discount:
Commission applies to space, color, bleed and special position charges. Other charges are not commissionable. 15% to recognizable agencies, if paid within thirty days of invoice date. 2% cash discount within 10 days of invoice date; terms net 30 days. Interest on past due balances is charged at the rate of 1.5% per month.
