CHARLOTTE CONVENTION CENTER
The Charlotte Convention Center opened in 1995 as the prefect venue for conventions, trade shows, banquets and theater-style conferences, attracting more than half a million visitors each year. From its gracefully arched entrances to the glass concourses beyond, the Center was designed to be elegant and inviting.
Soaring ceilings add volume to the 280,000 sq. ft. of contiguous exhibit space, which accommodates general session setups and up to 1,250 exhibit booths. This space may be sectioned into four halls with separate loading entrances for simultaneous shows. The Center’s ballroom spans 35,000 sq. ft. with banquet seating for up to 1,800 guests. Pre-function areas extend the ballroom space by 15,000 sq. ft. More than 90,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space feature centralized audio recording and separate controls for podiums and lights. In addition, the business center is equipped to support any business transaction needed to keep convention operations running smoothly.

COLORADO CONVENTION CENTER
The Colorado Convention Center is one the most practical and user-friendly meeting facilities ever built. More than 100 professional meeting planners worked with the architects to design every aspect of the building. The exhibit level offers 584,000 sq. ft. of contiguous space that can be divided into six individual halls. It also provides outdoor terraces accenting extraordinary views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline. There are 63 meeting rooms, totaling 100,000 sq. ft., all on one level. A total of 85,000 sq. ft. of hotel quality ballroom space is also available. A highlight of the convention center is the 5,000-seat theatre, known as the Lecture Hall. It is designed to be multi-functional for use as a lecture hall or general session area for conventions and tradeshows. Another highlight of the facility is the Light Rail Train Station located under the attached 1,000-space parking garage.

DUKE ENERGY CENTER
Cincinnati’s convention center has undergone a $135 million expansion, renovation and configuration. Open since June 2006, the expansion means Cincinnati can now accommodate 75 percent of the existing convention, conference and meeting market across the United States. Convention center amenities include programmable electronic signage, state-of-the-art fiber optics, voice, data and Internet capabilities, and upgraded audio/visual systems.
Every element of the facility was designed with the meeting planner in mind and now features: more than 750,000 gross sq. ft.; the largest Grand Ballroom in the region at 40,000 sq. ft.; exhibit space that has increased to nearly 200,000 contiguous sq. ft.; a second 17,400-sq. ft. ballroom; 100,000 sq. ft. of meeting space that can be subdivided into 37 deluxe meeting breakout rooms; a new multi-level concourse; a full service banquet kitchen capable of serving 5,000 meals in a single seating; and an expanded loading dock with 17 berths and three semi-tuck portals that lead directly to the exhibition space.

FORT WORTH CONVENTION CENTER
The Fort Worth Convention Center hosts events year-round, including sports, musical performances, trade shows and conventions, and other top-flight entertainment. The facility spans 14 blocks downtown, and is located within walking distance of downtown hotels, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. A $75 million renovation and expansion was completed in 2003, making this facility one of the finest of its kind in the Southwest.
The Fort Worth Convention Center offers a total of 253,226 sq. ft. of exhibit space, a 182,266-sq. ft. exhibit hall, 41 meeting rooms and a 28,160-sq. ft. ballroom for meal events or meetings.
