CENTER OF ATTENTION
VALLEY FORGE CONVENTION CENTER

OVERVIEW

The Valley Forge Convention Center is conveniently located in the heart of Valley Forge, Pennsylvania and only 20 minutes from Philadelphia. The Convention Center can be found at the Valley Forge Convention Plaza and connected to the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge and Scanticon Hotel and Conference Center. The center's amenities include over 108,000 sq. ft. of prime exhibit space; Internet access at T1 speed; newly finished renovations, elaborate banquet facilities and meeting rooms; easy access to multiple freeways; three restaurants, and a nightclub.

EXHIBIT SPACE

The Valley Forge Convention Center provides a total of 150,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, the largest hall measuring 108,000 sq. ft. with room for up to 500, 10'x 10' booths, each with electricity, telephone and compressed air. Te facility features 11 drive-in bays, eight fully enclosed loading docks and 14', 15' and 31' ceiling heights.

MEETING ROOMS

The center and connected hotels offer 61 meeting rooms in a variety of sizes and shapes. The 23,564-sq. ft. Pennsylvania room on the concourse level of the Center can accommodate 1,800 for receptions, 1,500 for banquets, 2,200 in a theater configuration, and 1,100 in a classroom-style setting, while the 6,580-sq. ft. Bucks room on the main level seats 550 for banquets, 700 theater-style, 350 classroom style, or can accommodate up to 600 for receptions. The Scanticon Hotel & Conference Center boasts an array of meeting rooms, largest measuring 3,000 sq. ft., and the smallest 113 sq. ft. Adding to the mix of meeting options, the Radisson provides the 8,865-sq. ft. Independence Room, which can be subdivided into six smaller spaces, the 4,442-sq. ft. Grand Ballroom (also dividable by two), and a bank of eight rooms in the Pennsylvania Corridor.

AMENITIES

The non-union Valley Forge Convention Center is attached to the 328-room Radisson Hotel Valley Forge and the 160-room Scanticon Hotel and Conference Center, offering a total of 488 guestrooms. With three restaurants, a dinner theater and a night club all within the complex, you're guaranteed to have a splendid stay.

ACCESSIBILITY

The facility is easily accessed by the PA Turnpike, Routes 76, 476, 202, and 422. The Valley Forge Convention Center also offers 2500 free parking spaces. The parking lot may be converted into a perfect site for "Ride and Drive" events. Tropiano Airport shuttles depart from the Airport Ground Transportation Center every 30 minutes from 6am-midnight. Reservations can be made by calling Tropiano at (215) 643-5397. Complimentary transportation to the King of Prussia Mall and local companies is available based on availability. Arrangements should be made through the Front Desk.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

In addition to the King of Prussia Mall, just two miles away and the nation's second largest retail complex with eight department stores and 361 specialty stores, other options include the Valley Forge National Park, which is adjacent to Hotel and features Washington's Headquarters, soldiers' huts and Artillery Park, historic Philadelphia (20 miles), Mill Grove (three miles), Penny Packer Mills (17 miles), QVC Studios (15 miles), Pennsylvania Dutch Country (55 miles), and the 150 outlet stores of Philadelphia Premium Outlets, a shoppers paradise (15 miles).
