A $4-Million Renovation Brings The Lambertville Station Inn To New Prominence As A Conference Events Venue

Long a landmark along the Delaware River, The Lambertville Station Inn now takes its place among New Jersey's most prominent conference and events venues with an ambitious, $4 million expansion program.

The inn's impressive new conference center, with 5,000 sq. ft. of combined, flexible conference space, is now available for corporate meetings, gala events, business entertaining and weddings. Thanks to an innovative architectural redesign of the inn's brick façade, its conference space has been expanded and transformed.  Two of its three floors now feature floor-to-ceiling glass walls, further opening the inn's spectacular views of the Delaware and neighboring New Hope, Pennsylvania. The project included the addition of the stunning new Riverview Suite. With 960 sq. ft., a double-sided fireplace, a bar and sitting room, it is ideal as a VIP or hospitality suite and as a romantic bridal retreat. The suite's impeccable, custom furnishings make a strong and luxurious design statement. All 46 guestrooms have been renovated in a contemporary and luxurious style.

New Conference Space

The new conference space perfectly captures the essence of the Delaware Valley's parks, hills and woodlands. The tranquil, riverside setting is conducive to productive meetings, executive retreats and memorable events. The Lambertville Station Inn can host from four to 200 people for a conference or gala event. The Riverside Ballroom, with its striking vaulted ceilings, sets the scene for meetings, receptions and dinners of up to 200 participants. Floor-to-ceiling windows, custom-designed chandeliers and original works by local artists, give the Riverside Ballroom drama and individuality.

On the floor below, the new conference and event space offers exceptional options for corporate entertaining and dynamic meetings. The Riversedge is a spacious open-air event space, set at the water's edge and furnished with a full bar and comfortable couches. Walls of blue and white and original art work reflect the sky and the river beyond. A charming patio is available to take party guests outdoors to enjoy river breezes and magnificent views. The Riversedge can host networking receptions, buffet lunches and dinners, wine tastings, and intimate wedding receptions.

The Creekside Room, overlooking picturesque Swan Creek that flows into the Delaware, can be divided and set up in theater, classroom, U-shaped or boardroom style to accommodate from 15-45 participants. The Boardroom is available for up to eight guests. The Delaware Room, located on the third floor of the Lambertville Station Restaurant, reflects the historic charm of the beautifully restored Lambertville train station with views of Bridge Street and the river. The Delaware Room can accommodate groups of up to 25 for meetings and events.

Lambertville Station Inn provides excellent technological services, including free WIFI in the guestrooms and throughout the inn and conference space. Up to 46 guestrooms and suites are available for overnight conference guests.  The mighty Delaware River and surrounding parklands provide opportunities for recreation and a range of team building exercises. The area's cultural and historic attractions offer additional options for conference guests.

A professional staff of experienced conference planners is available to plan highly customized meetings for companies of every size.  Many of New Jersey's leading corporations are headquartered nearby in Princeton, Hunterdon County and Pennsylvania's Delaware Valley, making Lambertville the first choice of the many pharmaceutical and financial services companies in the area. Increasingly, firms in Northern New Jersey and New York City are finding meetings at Lambertville Station to be excellent value and highly productive.
